Our approach towards leadership excellence

“To lead” requires first and utmost a clear understanding of your goal. As Lewis Carrol famously noted in Alice in Wonderland: “if you don’t know where you’re going, any road will lead you there”. We approach leadership development through a purposeful lens in which personal purpose, purpose within the organization and purpose within the society merge to form a clear direction for any individual leading teams. 

Knowing one’s purpose within the organization will enable individuals to align their form of operating, thinking and connecting to perform more efficiently. High performance involves knowing how to set boundaries, how to prioritize actions aligned with your purpose and how to build connections that will help you get there. Those who have a clear vision of purpose in its multiplicity are better equipped to lead teams consistently through times of complexity, uncertainty and ambiguity, forming healthier teams and delivering better results along the path. 

As the world changes fast with the impact of new technologies, everchanging environmental conditions and increased complexity in every decision we make, we refer to what makes us human decision makers – the ability to empathize with others, to take in different viewpoints, to look at things with a long term perspective and to lead change – as irreplaceable skills. The question is: how do you learn the much needed irreplaceable skills necessary to lead high performance teams through challenges in modern times? Our researched-backed training program is designed to accelerate leadership potential by developing skills gradually, step by step. Our methodology emerges from world class experiential learning practices underpinned by scientific findings from economics and psychology research. 

This immersive learning journey is matched with a practical voluntary experience in a socially driven organization. Our goal is to provide the opportunity for participants to apply their learnings in a separate environment than that of their daily responsibilities, to adapt to a different culture and to find purpose within the organization and in society in this journey. Ultimately, every participant is contributing towards the growth of social impact metrics as a direct result of our program. 

Build your community

Networking is a loose definition for what accelerates professional development. We call the development of relevant and supporting networks that accelerate performance “community building” and make it the center of our approach towards leadership development. 

Connecting with the right people, both internal and external to the enterprise, in the right way, requires much more than a Linkedin invitation or a brief chat at the office’s kitchen. Community building is about learning to read what people really need, identifying common goals and complementarity and knowing how to approach it. Building trustworthy connections will take a leader to new heights and will be instrumental and solving future challenges. As the African proverb says: if you want to go far, go together.
